Our tariffsHow it works
Automatic station hire gives you access to our fleet of shared bikes from time to time. Access is limited to 48 consecutive hours per hire. Beyond this time, we charge a penalty of €200.
For long-term rentals, choose Vélhop in-store rental.
The bike must be returned to the departure station.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Scan the QR code on the rear of the bike using the Vélhop app. The lock opens automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
The return of the bike is only permitted at the departure station - station where you rented it from. Close the framelock to end the rental. For returns on another station, or outside a station we charge a €25 service fee.
Our tariffs
Access is limited to 48h per rental. You can rent up to 4 bikes at the same time. However, the subscription benefits only apply to the first bike. Each additional bike is charged at the basic rate.
The bike must be returned to the departure station.

Basic tariff without subscription.
Price per rental:
- per hour: 1.20 €
- up to 24 hours: max. 7 €.
- up to 48 hours: max. 14 €
Access is limited to 48 hours per rental. Each overrun will be charged with additional 14 € / 24 h.

Rate per rental:
- per hour : 0.30 €
- up to 24 hours: max. 3 €
- up to 48 hours: max. 6 €
