How it works<\/h2>\n\n

Automatic station hire gives you access to our fleet of shared bikes from time to time. Access is limited to 48 consecutive hours<\/strong> per hire. Beyond this time, we charge a penalty of \u20ac200.<\/p>\n

For long-term rentals, choose V\u00e9lhop in-store rental<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The bike must be returned to the departure station.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Scan the QR code on the rear of the bike using the V\u00e9lhop app. The lock opens automatically.<\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

The return of the bike is only permitted at the departure station - station where you rented it from. Close the framelock to end the rental.
